Song matrix in .mp3 format. 

Song text in .doc or .pdf format. 

Resume in .doc or .pdf format. 

One to three photos in .jpg format, resolution 300 x 300 dpi 

A copy of the participant’s identity card or passport (if you are registering from a mobile phone, you can record it directly in the form)
